I didn’t know much about what happened to my friend, but I’m sure he will missed by many. I didn’t write on his facebook wall like the many who did, because seriously, what’s the point?! Does it help saying you should have got to know him better when he was alive, what kinda show are you trying to put on? He’s gone, he was a very nice person who had a good time on earth, let’s just leave it at that.

Popo’s death was expected. Her dementia was getting from bad to worse, and when the 4th stroke struck, we knew it was time. I didn’t cry as much as before during Gonggong’s funeral. Not that she didn’t matter, but I had already made peace with the fact and I knew she would be happier reunited with him. Her funeral was on his birthday, how sweet knowing they would be able to celebrate it together again.

So there, death. Deal with it, because one day sooner or later, it’s gonna creep up behind you.

Had a super fun time at $10 KTV with the Content team We threw a surprise birthday for Cheryl and she had to wear a bunny tail for the entire night.

Yet another night out with my babygirl. Yes the night where we got picked up by a sleazy Russian dude. Urgh.

And yes! True to the title, there’s just one more day of November left before everyone’s favourite December arrives :) I can’t wait for our company’s Christmas party this Friday, everyone’s gonna be dressing up and I’m sure we’ll have so much fun it will hurt lol!

WELL I TAKE IT BACK.

I was enjoying myself until 4pm when I finished my book, nibbled a bunny (those of the pastry species not the furry ones that hop around and bite your finger and hop off innocently), gulped down my meds, watched a TV show….twiddled my thumb, twirled my hair, counted the dust mites…

OK I’M SO BORED.

I am so gonna bust my productivity level tomorrow and take it to a new high. Pent up productivity energy, this must be!

I CANNOT FALL SICK. NOT NOWWWWWW…NOT WHEN THE LONG-AWAITED HOLIDAY IS JUST AT HAND!!!!!!

This morning I did make it to work. Sat down, drank a sip of tea, logged onto my email, edited a property….and then my brain just slowed down BAHHHHHH.

Went to the doctor just one floor up. O.m.g. if you have not met old school? Go to The Straits Clinic at IOI Plaza….and you will meet the definition of “old school” in the dictionary. They write everything BY HAND and there are no computers in sight. I was aghast, if not already feeling like crap.

I thought it was just a cough, but the doctor said that I had developed A CONTAGIOUS THROAT INFECTION (horrors) and he had to give me an injection! (imagine my face now..jaw dropping) IN MY HIP! (JAW DROPPED TO THE FIRST FLOOR) Wow can you say “first time for everything” fast enough? Before you knew it, I was jabbed and shoved more pills to down for the next week.

I had no choice but to go home :c Slept abit, and hey what do you know, I feel better already Maybe old school is good after all!
